How do I return a product?

You can return items to us according to our Returns Policy found here: https://grimfrost.com/pages/terms-conditions

You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order. 
Please have in mind that we do not accept returns of books, CDs, DVDs or products made to order or otherwise tailored to your specification. 

We will refund the price you paid for your item to your original payment method within 14 days of us having received the product at our warehouse.
Please note that it might take up to 5 business days until the transaction is visible on your bank statement.
Unfortunately we cannot refund extra charges such as taxes and duties that may have been collected upon delivery, please contact your local customs office to issue a refund for these fees. 

Please print and fill out the attached returns form and send your return with the form included in the package to:

If you would like a different style, size or color - simply return your unwanted item and place a new order on our website.

We will issue a refund for your original order upon receiving the return at our warehouse. We will refund the price you paid for your item to your original payment method. Please note that it might take up to 5 business days until the transaction is visible on your bank statement.
